Leak Testing Machine for Different Components

This equipment is intended to make the leakage test with the appropriate nests for this machine.

The operator places the nest in the machine and set it properly, making the necessary connections.

Having the nest operating properly the operator inserts the part in the nest and presses the start button. The press goes down, holding the part. Then the cylinders that make the side sealing advance and the leak test begins.
Completing the test successfully, the machine marks the part and the press goes up.
