Potting Line

This equipment makes the potting with epoxy resin in four types of headlights. For that it has three working stations and two operators.
In the 1st workstation the operator places the six headlights on the nest.
In the 2nd workstation the machines makes the potting automatically in the six headlights, using a three-axis system.
In the 3rd workstation the other operator removes the headlights from the nest.
In the end the empty nest goes to the 1st working station.
