Double Fastening Machine
This equipment is designed to fasten valves in metal tubes.
The operator places the tube in the nest and the valve in the bit. The valve is fixed by vacuum. After that the machine lubricates the thread and perform the fastening until the desired torque is achieved.
Because the threads axis are not parallel, the machine rotates the tube until the thread axis is coincident with the screwdriver. And then repeats the cycle.
After the last fastening, if it is rejected the operator must remove the tube and place it in a rejection system that is placed at the right top of the machine. This rejected tubes can be removed only by the responsible person of quality.
